For three years running I have had the pleasure to led the design and direction for every partner conference for Deloitte and Deloitte Digital, as well as several other internal branded initiatives.

My responsibilities included coordinating a large team of designers, produces, motion and sound artists, to bring to life a range of concepts across multiple events.

With the theme of 'One & Different', the Deloitte Consulting Partner Conference 2022 was all about all the aspects of Deloitte coming together to create something unique and 'different'.

The focus of the identity became the ampersand, which represented the connection of industries, departments, people and technologies.

Deloitte Consulting Partner Conference 2023
The Future is Now, was the driver for the Deloitte Consulting Partner Conference 2023. In a world where industries are slowing down and resetting, this conference was about firing up and moving forward, creating momentum as a way to get through these challenging times. 

As a way to visualise this sentiment, I took Deloittes global symbol, the dot and through colour and motion, created a visual identity which embodied energy, excitement and forward thinking.

'Category of One' was all about embodying all the things that need to be done to step outside the category. The one, represented Deloitte as a whole but also highlighted the individuals within the company. The 'One' embodies a symbol of unity and a beacon of singularity. It's the one who's first to move, the disrupter, the innovator.

The visual language evoked the power of new ideas, rewriting the rules and challenging the status quo. The new design system was a first for Deloitte and challenged the idea of how people saw the brand of Deloitte.
